Pumpkin Patch

We had a great time at the pumpkin patch!  There were so many fun activities...the hayride to the pumpkin field, the pig race, petting zoo, inflatables, cow train, playground, corn box, and a picnic.  It was a fun-filled day, and the weather was perfect!  Thanks to all the parents who drove and chaperoned for the trip.  We have another busy week with homecoming being this week.  Each day is a different "dress up" day.  The week will start with a pep rally on Monday.  There will be a parade and picnic on Friday followed by an early dismissal.  I'm looking forward to a great week.  Go Wildcats!!!

We will be collecting pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House.  The winning class gets a chicken biscuit breakfast.  The parade on Friday is from 11:15-11:30.  I hope everyone is able to join us!  Following the parade, we will return to our classroom where students will be dismissed to go to the picnic with their parents.  If there are students without parents there for the picnic, I will take them to get their lunches.  Lunches may be picked up at the concession stand.  Parents may want to bring a blanket to sit on for the picnic.  After the picnic, students will be dismissed for the day.  Friday is a half day.
