We celebrated Mexican Independence Day this week in our Spanish class with Senora Hickson. Mrs. Letner taught us the Mexican Hat Dance. We also frosted cupcakes with red, white, and green frosting to look like the Mexican flag. As you can see in the photo, we enjoyed the cupcakes outside. On Monday we will go on our first field trip to the fire station on Carmichael road followed by lunch at Chappy's. We are really looking forward to a great time!
