Fun and Learning in K4

We are busy learning!

We had another great week in K4 at Trinity!  We practiced writing our names and letters in shaving cream  on the table.  What fun!  We also counted and made sets with frogs, pigs, chocolate chips, and bears.  Our K4 students are learning to make sets of objects and match a number with that set.  I'm looking forward to another week of learning and fun with your children!

Week of September 6-9

Reading/Language Arts Skills:

• Colors/Color Words - Blue (review red, green, yellow, orange)
• Letters/Sounds - X

Handwriting Skills:

• Circle forward and circle back lines
• Letters O,Q

Math Skills:

• Ordinal numbers (1st-5th)
• #'s 1-5
• Making sets of objects

Please reinforce these skills at home this week!
